LONDON: Elections Students Focus Group
Election Focus Group!
As a Students' Union, we are always trying to improve the way we work with, and represent our students. Therefore, we invite students to join us to share their experiences, thoughts, and ideas around elections.
We'll be asking key questions, such as:
- Were you able to vote?
- Were you aware of the opportunity to nominate yourself?
- How did you find out about the candidates?
- Did you know about the Elections before voting week?
There is no right or wrong answer, and we value what all students have to say.
This opportunity is open to ALL students who have been enrolled since February 2025. You do not need any prior knowledge of the Students' Union or Elections to attend.
Lunch will be provided alongside an SU goodie bag.

By booking onto/attending an SU event, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
For Your SU led events, ticket refunds are available on request to yoursuevents@sunderland.ac.uk.
Full refunds will be available within 14 days of the ticket booking date, unless the event is due to go ahead within 72 hours. This is to allow us to make the ticket available for resale. If a refund is requested more than 14 days after booking, or the event is taking place within 72 hours, a refund cannot be claimed.
Tickets are non transferable and cannot be re-sold. Any tickets that are found to be transferred or re-sold will not be valid. The only place you can buy a valid ticket for a Sunderland SU event is via our website.
Unless otherwise stated, participants are not permitted to attend with children due to safeguarding and risk assessment reasons.
Unless otherwise stated, our events are open to STUDENTS of the University of Sunderland ONLY.
